And then, almost before I finished my sentence requesting the records, she had already emailed them to me. It was borderline amazing! She's either super efficient at her job or psychic. In a world where I seem to have so much trouble even getting to talk to a customer service person, this was the best I have ever received.“

“I took my pups Foxxy and Rexx to Chapel Hill Pet Resort. I read the reviews and spoke with the owner, looked at the pictures before we went. My dogs stayed for 7 days. And they were so happy looking when I got back. They did not look distraught or scared Luke when I had left them at another place about 3 months prior. I will definitely be going back if we have to go out of town again. I highly recommend them. The owner took me on a tour of the places that my pups would be staying and going potty. I had my Pomeranian bathed and she looked so pretty and smelled so good when I got her. when I called and checked on them, she sent me pictures of them. “I am very pleased with this place. The vet guy isn’t really a people person but he is wonderful to my dogs and that’s all that matters! I have been taking them to a vet 30+ min away before this for years to try and treat allergies and they never solved the problem. Within 2 visits seeing this place, my dog is feeling much better. I can’t thank them enough!!! And prices are very reasonable.“
