I have worked customer service for over 20 years and never in my life have been treated so badly! Front desk staff are rude, dont even get me started on their techs. I have been back to this office so many times because the prescription they gave me is wrong and I ordered a year supply of contacts and purchased a pair of glasses. Then when I finally find what works with me they try to tell me what I need. The tech was rude, and lacked any kind of customer service! I just left. I spend to much money on my eyes each year to have to deal with people that don't care about your well being!

Have been a patient for many years. Dr. Bednar is an awesome person. The staff are all so nice. Unless I get a different insurance I will stay at this practice.
