We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Eric and his crew were professional, hardworking, and genuinely kind people. They are the type you immediately trust on your property. Our situation kept changing as trees literally fell on their own before the scheduled work, and Eric was incredibly flexible, communicative, and fair as the scope evolved. He moved us up nearly six weeks when he heard what was going on and took care of everything efficiently and safely. What stood out most was his integrity. He took the time to talk through pricing, made sure it reflected the actual work performed, and genuinely wanted us to feel good about the final outcome. That level of honesty is rare. As a bonus, my son was home sick the day they were working and absolutely loved watching the crew in action. They were patient, respectful, and left a great impression in every way. If you are looking for a tree service that does excellent work and treats people the right way, I cannot recommend Eric and his team highly enough. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I love going to Macey Cole at Tangelz. A few years ago, I worked in Fulton, and my coworker recommended Macey to me. She is so reasonably priced and does an amazing job! She listens to what you want, and she delivers. I even booked her to do my hair the day of my wedding! She did a fantastic job based on the pictures I sent her. I HIGHLY recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this vet clinic back in spring/summer of 2023. My cat had been experiencing tooth pain from an abscess and had stopped eating. I frantically called vet after vet looking for a clinic that would take up either same or next day since cats can’t go long without eating. Every vet I called said their earliest appointments were a week, minimum, out. A friend of mine suggested I call a rural vet and recommended Dr. McCarty’s practice. They got me in that same day and scheduled a dental/surgery for him not even a week later. The surgery and treatment itself was quite pricey, but Dr. McCarty and the staff here made sure to give me an itemized list and also informed me of which treatments I could go without and which ones they recommended I keep. They also offered me a payment plan (this was in 2023 so I’m not sure if they still do payment plans). Once I got my cat home, Dr. McCarty called me personally that night to check up on him. I also received another call from a member of staff a day or two later making sure my cat had started showing interest in food again. The experience was really great and I appreciated the phone calls after the fact as well. Had I stayed in Columbia and not moved out of the country, I would have switched vet care completely to Millersburg. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Suzanna and her team were awesome. Communication was spot on. We were always kept in the loop about what was going on with our property and she and her team were always available for questions and concerns.
Visited here recently for cut and style. Lindsey is very personable and approachable when discussing hairstyle request. She got me right in and did a great job in a very efficient time frame. Enjoyable experience.
Every employee we talked to was very understanding and kind. My questions were answered and my concerns were understood. Everyone was very gentle and calm toward my extremely anxious cat, and nobody was in a rush. The office did NOT have that "vet office smell" and the entire place was well organized and very clean. 11/10.

Requested style: One of my children is particular about her hair and Eden gave her a super awesome cut and style. A short cut with opportunities to create different styles. She gave her space buns this time. My child was definitely happy!

I've hired Shepherd's Company to do a number of jobs over the past 5 years, and I couldn't be happier with the work they do. I know I can trust them to never cut corners, and they don't leave until they're sure every detail is just right, be it indoor or outdoor work. They repaired and stained our large deck and staircase a few years ago, then recently painted our entire lower level interior, including some repair work here and there when they saw a need. They're always the first ones I call if I need any home repairs or remodeling help.There are no weak links, in my experience with Shepherd's Company. Sarah is always a pleasure to work with and super efficient in her administrative/communications role. Joseph is extremely helpful and skilled at guiding his crew and keeping everything organized. I always feel confident that the job will be done right when Joseph is in charge, and I know he’ll make sure all the bases are covered and give me great recommendations. And Brad was a real pro who took pride in his work as he handled the majority of our interior repairs and painting of our lower level, always going out of his way to do the best possible job every step of the way. That same positive attitude and work ethic was shared by the other two who came to help him now and then, and everyone at in the company is always considerate of our needs as they work on our home while we're inside it.Shepherd's Company's skill at everything they tackle, not to mention their compassion and integrity, set a high bar in our community. They'll always be my first call.
We went in last minute, close to closing time, after another florist cancelled our homecoming bouquet just a couple of hours before pickup. They were so accommodating and understanding. They quickly put together a beautiful bouquet that exceeded our expectations. The quality of their work and the kindness they showed truly blew us away—we’re so grateful and will definitely be back!!

I’m not a big Google review person but this is the most amazing funeral home I’ve ever been to or sang at. I’ve sang at many funerals and been to a lot of funeral homes! Beautiful place, sweetest people running it, very accommodating. We have a severely autistic son and they had a room with toys to take him and we could still hear the service. It was an amazing experience! Seriously couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have never rented a property in my 60+ years of life. At Home Real Estate explained everything to me and they were super helpful along the way. They responded quickly to my questions and they have an app that allows you to easily request maintenance and make payments. They made my first experience in renting a very good one! Their maintenance person was great! When they needed to hire an outside company for your problem, it was done efficiently and the people they sent were very good. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have a 1990 Miata that we have owned for over 30 years. We were experiencing intermittent issues with the car not starting. I had taken my car in to several reputable automotive dealerships, and none could figure out what was causing the problem. I spoke with the owner, Randy Sneller, regarding the issue. He said, he would put one of his best mechanics on the problem. That mechanics name is Ryan Miner. Ryan did an excellent job diagnosing the intermittent starting issue and the problem was resolved. The car needed a few more minor adjustments to completely fix the problem, and that was done with no additional expense. I greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism that I experienced regarding my initial encounter with this establishment and look forward to continuing to work with them for years to come. Shively has done our taxes for years. They are prompt, easy to work with and we have never had an issue with our tax returns. Like everything else, their prices have gone up, but I still feel that they are reasonable.
I cannot say enough good things about Kate! I had been searching for a hair stylist for my daughter for what seemed like forever! She is deaf and Kate was the first person who asked me how to sign words to talk to her. She is always interacting with her and my daughter loves that Kate lets her pick a fun color each appointment to spray in her hair! My daughter leaves smiling after every visit!

We had a great experience using Hodges to repair our leaking roof. He came to the house on a Wednesday, checked out the situation and gave us a fair quote on repairs. The following Monday he and the crew were at the house and within a couple of hours, they were all finished. Hodges offered us his years of experience, gave us knowledgeable information to make our decision, and provided fast and efficient work.

I've been a patient for 4 years, like dr. Vann, but the opticians should be more transparent about choices on the add ons for lenses. The lady that helped me said she forgot they had a lower cost anti-glare choice. Back in 2020 I bought my glasses with the Crizal prevention. Wasn't given a lower cost choice " the Endure" anti-glare. This time I chose neither.

I had never seen your chips till I bought a bag in Food for Less in springfield. I hope that thru continue to stock them! I was a ruffles man as long as I can remember and im 62 years old, your chips are FANTASTIC! Never a ruffle chip again as long as I see your brand. Ruffles had changed somehow a few years back I think they were salting them way more and the flavor changed. Your chips are perfect! I eat at least 1 bag a week so now as long as I can find them Backer's chips are number 1! I read your story on the back after I finished a bag and beings it is a missouri product all the better! Does the family still run the business?
