The staff at Midwest is excellent. Dr. Vedder is the kindest and most down-to-earth vet I have ever had. She is candid with her responses and will tell it like it is, which I appreciate. She performed an enucleation on our senior chihuahua, who had been battling dry eye for some time. He made a full recovery and is so much happier and energetic. Besides his gray face, I sometimes forget he’s an elderly, half-blind dog. We take our younger pup to visit when he doesn’t have an appointment so he can say hi to the wonderful staff without getting poked or prodded. The staff was friendly and treated my dog well. They talked to me about what he needed and made sure i understood what was needed. I was very pleased with their service and prices were reasonable. ThankYou Midwest for treating my dog and he is doing much better. I

This vet clinic has taken care of my parents & my pets for at least 15+ years. Very clean, prompt & efficient, as expected. Also very Friendly, kind & helpful( here you can expect the latter adjectives also). I have, and have seen nothing less than 10/10 caring & service. Honestly you would never have a problem here, if you did, you most likely had an issue to begin. They have a dedicated following, who surely will remain with them until they cant or have no more need. Real ? business.
