There was a major misunderstanding with my first service. I did write a review about it not to be mean but to be honest about my experience. The owner got in contact with me and we talked about what went wrong/right. The owner made an appointment with me to correct the issue. She was honest, and now I like the end result after she went back and fixed my hair. I would go back for future appointments. I liked how she could just be honest and talk it out then correct the mistake without being rude.Services: Hairstyling
