I’ve been with this team not sure if 2 or 3 years. Some low maintenance stuff might take a little time to fix but anytime I’ve had an emergency they are really good about getting back to me. They also worked with me to get me in my home ASAP!

Ethan and Sam are wonderful people. They make sure that everything is fixed and dealt with if anything comes up. They are easily able to get ahold of and they are super kind. I have never had any problems with them. I am happy with my apartment and I’m happy renting from them. Keep up the great work Ethan and Sam!

Sam & Ethan have always been great to work with!!! They quickly respond to issues that need fixed, they also help other landlords in the community with advice on the property, help in finding the right person for the rental or help with the lease. They also always donate back to our community when there are fund raisers for children hurt or families that need assistance with medical bills and even donate to Lymphoma Cancer Research fundraiser done by another business in town to help raise money for this cause!! If you need a nice, well maintained rentals contact Sam & Ethan!! They are the best
