They check with you twice about the different parts of the body that are OK to be massaged and the beds they have are electric which is great for the massage therapist.

If you have never been massaged before, i highly recommend massage envy since you can specify where you do and don’t wanna be touched.

The massage therapist will wear gloves, which is my only hang up because skin to skin is super healing, but I understand thats their policy and honestly I bet a lot of clients prefer that, its just not my preference.
