I went in to purchase a replacement washer pump because it looked like mine was hopelessly gummed up, and instead of selling me a new one he pulled an ankle high nylon sock out of it and handed it right back. He's also spent some time over the phone troubleshooting a dryer with me; that turned out to be a breaker going bad, but the next time I actually need a part he'll be the first person I call.
Mike is a great guy! He has helped my family for many years! He knows his appliances for sure. Usually brings the part with him that he thinks is the problem. He is very honest and reasonable in cost and has great work ethics! My mom and grandma used Dellwood Appliance before me and friends. You won't ever go wrong with his company!!
The guy at the counter was awesome. He walked me through any issues I might have while installing the part I purchased when I picked it up. Fair price and in stock was a definite plus. I then had a small issue while installing and called him. Literally got the issued figured out in seconds. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely appreciate and recommend!
