And my card was approved by the state of Missouri by 10:16am. lol my card was printable in 46minutes of my appointment. Of course it all depends on how noticeable your condition is for approval I think and how backed up your state is on applications.“

“I have gone to this practice (originally Dr Ahlering and Kym, NP) for about 30 years. I have missed the last 5 years of getting checkups (my bad). I went today and saw Dr. Melinda Auer. She was wonderful and caring. My BP was high and she was really worried. She recommended their NP of Family Medicine, Haley Clark. Even though I was unable to see her today, she took the time to see me for a moment and stated she could start seeing me immediately and was very concerned about me. I have been trying to get a new PC, however the wait is next year. I am very excited to start seeing her.“

“Amanda is the best doc I ever been too. Jenna is amazing nurse. Kristen is amazing too. The only thing bad I can say is that Angie a nurse is rude anytime I call she answers the phone like she hates her job. I also have been calling for two days now to get my inhaler filled and there seems to be no sense of care. I spoke to Angie of course yesterday she rushes me off the phone with no care in the world. I honestly hate when she answers the phone. She is like that everytime I call.“

They were very friendly and polite. They explained everything in a way that I, as a lay person could understand. I had a follow up appointment the next week for an adjustment and I couldn’t believe how just a little tweaking made such a big difference. They really know their stuff. “I and my family have been patients here for about 35 years. We've always been treated with utmost respect and care. The office staff has always been very helpful and friendly and the doctors have always been thorough and considerate. I am dreading the day our doctor retires and we have to find a new one. As to the negative reviews shown I just haven't experienced or seen any of that behavior. Yes the doctors run late but that's because they are being thorough with the patients. They are this thorough with all patients. And I've never had to reschedule because I was a few minutes late. I just had to wait a little longer.“
