I had a neck injury and was extremely worried for my personal health and lively hood. Amy healed and taught me exercises to get my life back on track. I continue to use them and get stronger every day. I would 100% refer anyone to Amy with any injury or wants to have a more functional lifestyle. My only advice would be to listen and do everything she asks to aid in your recovery.
