He explained everything that he was doing thoroughly and answered any questions I had, unlike other companies we’ve use before.He worked for hours making sure the problem was completely taken care of and referred us to a different plumber to take care of a different issue. He installed a new pan and made sure it was done correctly this time, so if the issue we had pops up again, it'll be an easier and cheaper fix. No issues so far! He had to cut out some tile, which sucked but when it was all done, the shower looks fantastic. We are very happy with the work and service provided.“
