It wasn't a quick schedule an appointment and move on. He took the time to ask some questions, and even gave me a little background on the company. I received a reminder text for the appointment, and Tom arrived right on time. Just like Adam, Tom was very patient, asked questions, and went over any different option that ran through his head. Tom showed me samples of the different decking, and railing options. At the end, he gave me a quote right there. A couple days go by and I received a call from Tom just to ask how my experience was and if I had any additional questions.I had two other companies that were supposed to come out for quotes. One showed up, then said they would get back to me about a quote. If I didn't hear from them, to reach out myself and they would get it to me. If they wanted the job, they would make sure to reach out with the quote. The second company was not the greatest at responding. Then they no called, no showed on the day of the quote. If I am doing any major house project, I feel having a company that has great communication is one of the biggest factors in making the final decision. He worked directly with the insurance company and I and met with the insurance agent at our home to get our roof covered properly. We had a few things that the insurance company would not initially cover and he worked tirelessly to try and change that and ended up helping us get some of that covered as well. We also worked with him after the purchase of a new home and he was able to recommend to us honestly what needed to be done and what looked like it could wait for another time (we were buying AS IS so the insurance company wasn't going to be on this one). “I was looking for a place to repair the damage from the March 14th tornado. I was given two suggestions from friends who had used the businesses in the past for repairs on their homes. My house was damaged in the March 14th storm but it was not anything structural mostly just cosmetic work. Tesson Roofing and Exteriors service was excellent from the beginning to end of the project. They got all the damaged siding and gutters replaced in a timely manner. Our project manager, Jake Looney, was the biggest reason the project went so smoothly. His ability to communicate throughout the process was excellent and he made you feel more like a friend or family than a client they were just servicing. The quality of work was exceptional and the bid came in right at what my insurance provided us for the repairs so we did not have to go back and forth with the insurance company.
