We continue to work with Marianna for all of our exterior repair needs. I am a real estate agent and investor that requires someone trustworthy to shoot it to me and/or my clients straight when repairs are needed on what we thought was a good deal. She also goes to bat for us dealing with insurance adjusters when storm damage is the main cause. Marianna is smart, personable, proactive, on time, and frequently under budget.
