Sales and reception - kind of green - CInstallation - top notch, experienced, accurate and nothing was broken (did show an hour early after no show!?) - AManagement - shoehorned me in late day schedule only to not show or call!!! I was promised "no later than 11:30-12:30" "done no later than 4" - at 1:15 I called to learn they were not coming.I was getting a sliding back door and my home was 85 degrees when learning THEY wasted my entire day and did not respect that. Management wanted me to call them so they could explain what happened. I think I know. Our new Dalco windows are great! The entire process went well! This means…from the first appointment through installation Dalco was responsive to all our questions. By the way, the price was great and i had an engineer check the specs. I completely recommend Dalco windows.

July of 2021 Dalco installed siding, new gutters and soffits on my home in South County. Larry installed everything by himself, did a great job. Jake Carbrey was wonderful to deal with. When I phoned Jake, he returned my calls ASAP. When I emailed Jake, he emailed me ASAP. Jake answered all of my questions. Since July of 2021 all of the work Dalco did held up perfectly through a number of severe storms, hail, heavy winds, etc. I am a satisfied customer.
