We got referred by family to Dalco and had an excellent experience with our initial eval from Cameron. He spent time to answer our questions and blew our expectations out of the water with follow up about install timing and repairs. Charlie was a one man machine during install and made incredible time despite the heat! We've been treated very well with Dalco and had all our windows replaced and 2 doors replaced as well too!
We recently had new windows and patio door installed in our home. Our experience with installation was great. Javier and the men on the crew were very pleasant and kept us informed from start to finish and did a very good job of cleaning up. We are pleased with the product and the price.
DALCO did some work with the fascia on several gables on our home. During a recent storm, the fascia pulled away from a different gable than the ones which DALCO had previously repaired. I called Mike Lohr at DALCO, my contact for post-implementation work; I hoped that Mike could schedule a repair and then invoice me. To my surprise, he arranged the fix at no cost. This was above-and-beyond from a customer service standpoint.
