We recently had new windows and patio door installed in our home. Our experience with installation was great. Javier and the men on the crew were very pleasant and kept us informed from start to finish and did a very good job of cleaning up. We are pleased with the product and the price.
DALCO did some work with the fascia on several gables on our home. During a recent storm, the fascia pulled away from a different gable than the ones which DALCO had previously repaired. I called Mike Lohr at DALCO, my contact for post-implementation work; I hoped that Mike could schedule a repair and then invoice me. To my surprise, he arranged the fix at no cost. This was above-and-beyond from a customer service standpoint.
These 5 Stars were all earned by their employee, Dakota. He worked so hard on our project and really cares about his work and craftsmanship. I hope the office turnover/new ownership/new software/other excuses are fixed soon so no one else gets the run around like we unfortunately received. Dakota is a very valuable employee
