“I came in to have my glasses adjusted as the left arm of my Silhouette frames really needed it. Emma straightened it out but told me told me I was on borrowed time as there was damage near the arm of the frame. I was hoping to wait for new frames after my eye doctor appointment in three months. The next day the left arm fell off. I went back to Clarkson Eyecare and Emma in a couple minutes had them fixed replacing both arms of the glasses. She said I didn’t owe anything! So happy.
