The young lady that escorts me to the exam room was very friendly and polite instructing me on every upcoming exam and what results to expect and how it would help the optometrist, then after,the optometrist enters and informs me of every upcoming event then informs me of the expected results also of upcoming tests that needed to be performed giving me the results of each of the three tests performed. All in all ,
all each person I had to come in contact with were very professional, courteous and kind. With special attention given to my request as far as copiiy of rx, expectation of bill and frame. Another great experience had !!!“
