“Tyler at Eureka location was an absolute gem to work with when granddaughter(visiting from out of state) needed a new frame due to one of the arms breaking. While we couldn’t move lenses to a new frame( due to Walmart policy), Tyler came up with an inexpensive solution to replace the arms and it worked out fabulous! Tyler was very kind and ready to help any way he could. He came through big time and granddaughter was happy to have her glasses fixed on the spot! Thank you so much for the awesome manner in which our transaction was handled - very professional and helpful!! I just cannot say enough how happy we were with Tyler’s service and help today.”

“From the moment I entered the Chesterfiled center to the time I left, every staff member I encountered was courteous, warm, and cheerful. Even those who were simply passing by made sure to check on me and ensure my needs were taken care of, regardless of whether I was assigned to them.<br>Jessie spent quality time understanding my concerns and patiently addressed every question I had. The entire experience didn’t feel like I was in a hospital at all — it felt positive, comforting, and reassuring. I truly felt I was in the right hands.<br>I had been struggling with an eye allergy for over two weeks, but with Dr. James Rieger’s treatment, I was able to recover and bounce back within just three days. I’m extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown throughout my visit.<br>One small suggestion: I’m not sure if the hospital currently uses medical equipment that displays the condition of the eye on a monitor during the consultation. During my first visit at Erker’s, Dr. Daniel Ethakoti used visual imaging to show the infection in my eyes, which helped me understand the issue clearly. Having similar visual aids here would be very helpful for patients to better understand their condition.”

Then, Madison the Magnificent was the most patient, caring, and had more tricks up her sleeves in order to train me on how to put my new contacts in with just a couple of try’s! We laughed so much that I thought I’d like to sign up for weekly lessons. 🤩<br><br>The other office staff could not have been nicer and I would give a shoutout to them as well but my memory is going as well! My insurance changed and I had to find another eye guy.<br><br>Dr. Steele just found an issue with my vision that someone could have easily overlooked. How? He asked questions and dug a little deeper than the average optometrist. Consequently, I received a referral to a specialist instead of just getting a new prescription. Yes, it sucks that I'm getting older and changes are taking place but I really couldn't be happier with his services!<br><br>Unfortunately, my exam required a bit more time than allotted. My apologies to the person who had to wait but these things happen. In my opinion, it is far better to go to an optometrist who wants to get it right instead of one who is simply handing out prescriptions.”

“Perfect visit! I went in for a 'yearly' visit (it's been two years since I've had my eyes checked) and the experience could have not been any better. I called one day and was given an appointment for two days later. Quite nice. This was a first time visit and everything went off without a hitch. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. Dr. Secoy is great. Good demeanor, also very personable. I am in need of corrective lens and the staff was nice enough to help pick out some nice frames. Not pushy, I wasn't steered in one direction or the other and honest opinions were given. Not that I look forward to seeing eye professionals but I'm happy that I've found a local eye care that I will be happy to go to.”
“My Dad was referred to Dr Jay PEPOSE back in the mid 90’s for several different crucial eye surgeries he needed. Dr. PEPOSEperformed all 3 surgeries on my Dad with amazing results! My Dad, who was well into his 80’’s at this time came through the surgeries with flying colors! He could actually see again with great accuracy! We were all pleasantly surprised by his amazing expertise and awesome overall sense of care, concerns and compassion for my somewhat grouchy Dad! I give Dr. PEPOSE the highest ratings possible! He should have a billboard full of flashing LED STARS! He’s simply the very best at what he does. I, myself, will soon be a patient for cataract surgery!
