“Don and the team at Flori provided amazing service and quality equipment. When our AC went out in August, we called multiple service companies to try and get someone to look at the AC. When they all told us it would be 2-3 days before someone could come to our home and check out the AC unit. When we called Don at Flori, he was here within a few hours to troubleshoot our AC. Unfortunately it was an old unit, and not worth repairing. Don did a great job explaining all our options and answering our questions.We purchased a new AC and Heat unit from Flori. The team did a terrific job on the install, explained all the items on the install and provided explanations & ideas for improving our old/outdated setup.I highly recommend Don and the Flori Team.
