Great service from competent technicians. They take the extra steps to ensure great customer relations (calling before arriving for service, consistently send surveys to gauge customer satisfaction). Employees stay with the company, which speaks volumes, and means the guys know our equipment from one service call to the next.

Heise told us that they a technician would arrive between 1pm and 3pm. This 2 hour window was easy to plan for, and sure enough Adam did arrive around 1:15pm. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and provided an exact estimate to include parts, labor, and the service call. The pricing was very reasonable, and although they had to order the parts, they were able to come perform the repair in under half an hour on the same day the parts arrived. Adam was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We are happy to have A/C again, and we will continue to use Heise for our HVAC needs. Thank you!Service: Repair HVAC
