Don and the team at Flori provided amazing service and quality equipment. When our AC went out in August, we called multiple service companies to try and get someone to look at the AC. When they all told us it would be 2-3 days before someone could come to our home and check out the AC unit. When we called Don at Flori, he was here within a few hours to troubleshoot our AC. Unfortunately it was an old unit, and not worth repairing. Don did a great job explaining all our options and answering our questions.We purchased a new AC and Heat unit from Flori. Best HVAC company in Cape Girardeau!! These guys did a dual unit removal and new install in 2 days for one of my commercial buildings downtown. I’ve been using Flori for over 10yrs and never been let down. Amazing service!
I have worked in the HVAC industry for 40 years. Unfortunately we are loosing people in the industry all over the country. When we start working for people in a vacant home and are told to hold off until June but don’t ask for work to be done in August with many people loosing cooling we have worked many hours 7 days a week your vacant building is put to the back of the line . If your home is occupied with elderly people or babies they become first on the work to be done If you don’t live in this country but have a vacant building here that is unoccupied you are put back in the line because occupied people come #1 .
