I’ve used Flori’s HVAC for over 40 years dating back to the original owner, Ralph Flori. They installed a new AC/heat pump in Jan 2024 as well as a new AC in 1998. I was always pleased with their service. The newer owner (Don) has provided me with both excellent AC service plus plumbing service too. I heartily recommend them.

Don and the team at Flori provided amazing service and quality equipment. When our AC went out in August, we called multiple service companies to try and get someone to look at the AC. When they all told us it would be 2-3 days before someone could come to our home and check out the AC unit. When we called Don at Flori, he was here within a few hours to troubleshoot our AC. Unfortunately it was an old unit, and not worth repairing. Don did a great job explaining all our options and answering our questions.We purchased a new AC and Heat unit from Flori.
