Reviews
Flori replaced our heating and cooling unit and we had a great experience. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and hauled our old units away. I have used Flori in the past and never left a review. When we replaced our units I asked about the Ameren rebates and was advised there was a rebate and they would take care of the paperwork. However, when Flori started my paperwork there was an issue with the rebate from Ameren and Flori honored it. I will definately be using them again. I appreciate everything they have done for us and highly recommend them.
I’ve used Flori’s HVAC for over 40 years dating back to the original owner, Ralph Flori. They installed a new AC/heat pump in Jan 2024 as well as a new AC in 1998. I was always pleased with their service. The newer owner (Don) has provided me with both excellent AC service plus plumbing service too. I heartily recommend them.
