He explained everything that he was doing thoroughly and answered any questions I had, unlike other companies we’ve use before.He worked for hours making sure the problem was completely taken care of and referred us to a different plumber to take care of a different issue. He installed a new pan and made sure it was done correctly this time, so if the issue we had pops up again, it'll be an easier and cheaper fix. No issues so far!
