From the moment we walked in, it felt like a family atmosphere. My puppy did not flinch when he had his shot. Also, he did not want to leave. Wonderful staff that gave me advice and tips.
Had a wonderful 'emergency' visit here this past weekend while visiting family in Chesterfield. My dog had come down with an infected sore and I felt I needed to act quickly and not wait to see our vet at home by waiting until the end of our trip. Not only did Chesterfield Veterinary Center get us in quickly (I called at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday and had an appointment at 5:15 p.m.!), but upon arrival, we were greeted so warmly and compassionately at the front desk. We really appreciated the service we received and the great care the staff took with our little guy.
