“I called them but had to leave a message. With-in minutes someone called back right away. We were able to set up an appointment for the next day. When they arrived they proposed a bid and completed the work in the same day. The two employees were very friendly, down to earth, and knowledgeable. This is my first time using them but will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!”
“River City saved the day for our tenants that had been dealing with sewer back up in their basement floor drain for months - after 5 other companies either 1)didn't even show up for appointments, 2)showed up and left without looking at the problem, stating it was probably a collapsed sewer line, 3)showing up and acting like we were asking them to do advanced calculus, reinvent the wheel, build a rocket ship to space or something, River City arrived like a knight in shining armor, on time as promised and hydro jetted out the sewer line and fixed the problem within an hour or so. Said it was a grease clog. Such a relief! Will only use them from now on!”
“My best experience with a AC person. He completely explained everything to me in ways I could understand, grade A job!!”
