“River City saved the day for our tenants that had been dealing with sewer back up in their basement floor drain for months - after 5 other companies either 1)didn't even show up for appointments, 2)showed up and left without looking at the problem, stating it was probably a collapsed sewer line, 3)showing up and acting like we were asking them to do advanced calculus, reinvent the wheel, build a rocket ship to space or something, River City arrived like a knight in shining armor, on time as promised and hydro jetted out the sewer line and fixed the problem within an hour or so. Said it was a grease clog. Such a relief! Will only use them from now on!“

The gentleman who came out actually found an issue, that could have been a huge issue. He made a minor fix for us and took care of the back flow test.
