The employee was very professional. He showed his badge 1st thing. Took a picture of the water pipe. Explained what it would look like if it was lead (it was copper). Then left. All done within 2 minutes.
The timeliness and correction of the repair was good. I have noted my water bill is triple usual usage for the month of the repair. I have contacted the water company for an investigation.
