“I've been going to this Ballwin location for almost 20 years. Clothes are always done correctly and well, and the staff is always friendly. In all that time, there has only been one time that I was charged incorrectly for a comforter that I brought in early because I got a 20% off coupon and the staff member did not deduct the discount. Since I only saw this girl a couple of times, I think she was a temp, but as I said, this in my experience, has NOT been the norm.In fact, today, a Saturday, I forgot the time and realized I had not picked up my "Rush" order that I needed for Sunday. GPS had me getting there 3 minutes after the closing time of 4 pm. I selfishly, desperately(!) called to ask if it would still be OK to come by. With a smile in her voice, the staff member said very graciously that she would be happy to stay open a bit longer. I got there at 4:04 & she greeted me @ the drive-thru with a REAL smile & hung the clothes in my back seat. I have owned a small business and that is what keeps people coming back: great customer service. ?“
