The customer was absolutely great and extremely friendly. I didn’t have cash and they were able to take a card and give $10 back with a $1 service charge, very reasonable. It was very clean and not crowded at all, I would highly recommend it.
First time I’ve ever gone to a laundromat (our washing machine broke) and I am blown away by the ABOVE and BEYOND Customer service I received. I had no clue which washing machine to use (some are bigger than others), if I could us a credit card( Yes, they let you use one, but they turn it into cash on the spot and then I converted that to a quarters ) and the owner‘s daughter, Autumn was so attentive and so helpful to my needs. I had no idea there would even be a service attendant in this laundromat! Called this establishment inquiring about drop-off laundry service. The individual on the other end was the kindest, most polite person you could ever hope to speak to; it was like getting a hug from a stranger, but not in a creepy way. These days, good customer service is rare, and being treated with courtesy is even more unheard of.
