“The young man who ran the front desk was extremely nice. He showed concern about whether the piece on my expensive academic regalia would come off during the cleaning process, and sought to find out. When I collected the robe, he told me how he closed the bottom of the bag to protect it. He also asked a few times if I wanted help taking it to my car. Customers seemed to be happy to go there, and they seemed to like him. The business accepts a variety of forms of payment, including credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.“
