“I have been a member of Palm Beach since about 2013, utilizing a few locations during this time. I’ve been going to the Arnold location for almost four years -most recently. I can’t say enough good things about the current manager and staff there. The first 2.5ish years they had a few iffy managers, and the location just seemed all over the place all the time with high turnover and issues. However, the past about 1.5-2 years, with new management, this location has improved drastically. I am glad Palm Beach finally found a good leader for Arnold.“

“Fabulous, super clean , staff wonderful!!! I was tanning at palm beach in Arnold where I was paying double !! Sad part was in the last two months they’d take your money and they were never open because they fired the manager and no staffing.. a little further for me but I am so happy!!“

“Lainie provided the hair and make up services for my wedding and everything was perfect. She traveled to the venue which saved me so much on time and planning the rest of the day. All the hair and make up for my bridesmaids and myself was beautiful. Lainie made sure she was thorough and that each person was very happy with the end result and willing to go above and beyond to make changes. I ended up having to go last which was no fault of hers and completely my own, and even during that stressful time, Lainie made sure not miss any steps. My make up and hair were beautiful and lasted all day. I would recommend Lainie to any bride on their wedding day!“

“First off, i'm moving, otherwise this would've been my forever gym. There is space for any kind of training you're in the mood to do and generally well kept. I have been part of a powerlifting gym, CrossFit gym and conventional gyms. I have a generally athletic background and have worked with a few personal trainers in the past and Mojda has been the best fit for me by far! I got to work with her for almost 3 months. It took a few sessions to get used to her style because she does not yell at you like most trainers. This is the first time I've had a healthy relationship with food and working out. I like that nutrition aid can be provided but it isn't shoved down your throat. Real change takes time and my biggest hurdle was first getting back into the gym, communication and compassion was always there. This also has been the easiest process to start and end a membership with and that is always great. (my membership was through personal training)“

“I’ve been to 5 different palm beach locations and this location is by far my favorite. The girls here are above and beyond helpful. They actually tell me when I have earned rewards. I went to tesson location and was never once told of my rewards this location tells me every single time. And they give me tips and advice and always make me feel welcome. I can’t say enough good things. I work within walking distance of a PBT and I live within walking distance of another in Illinois and I will happily go out of my way to come to this location over all the others!!!“

“I have been going to the Fenton location since it opened and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Manager Rhonda and the other employees. Last year was a rough year for me personally. I was caring for my brother who passed with cancer. I needed to tan b/c of eczema and general stress I was under, my body would break into hives or rashes. Rhonda always greeted me with a smile and would take the time to chat. Her face was sometimes the only one I would see for days as I was at home caring for my brother/taking him to chemo or in my room crying my eyes out. I have told her on many occasions, she doesn’t not know what her simple act of kindness meant to me in my life at that time. I adore the workers there. Love their attitude and friendliness. Rhonda you are the best.“
