From the very first trial, Lainie took the time to listen to any concerns or ideas that I had, making me feel so comfortable. On my wedding day, she was very prompt, professional, and kept everything running smoothly. My hair and makeup was flawless and lasted through all of the tears, dancing, and photos. “First off, i'm moving, otherwise this would've been my forever gym. There is space for any kind of training you're in the mood to do and generally well kept. I have been part of a powerlifting gym, CrossFit gym and conventional gyms. I have a generally athletic background and have worked with a few personal trainers in the past and Mojda has been the best fit for me by far! I got to work with her for almost 3 months. It took a few sessions to get used to her style because she does not yell at you like most trainers. This is the first time I've had a healthy relationship with food and working out. I like that nutrition aid can be provided but it isn't shoved down your throat. Real change takes time and my biggest hurdle was first getting back into the gym, communication and compassion was always there. This also has been the easiest process to start and end a membership with and that is always great. (my membership was through personal training)“
