I just love everyone that works there. I love that they remember your name, it makes you feel relaxed. The staff are all kind, patient and understanding. Rhonda has done a fantastic job having that location ran up there like a well oiled wheel. All of the ladies that work there seem to be genuinely happy to see you when you come in regardless of the day or time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or any other location because of the staff alone. Thank you!!!

I had a really great experience at Palm Beach Tan thanks to Haley. She was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell she actually cares about helping people find what works best for them instead of just trying to sell something. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had here.

I love walking in and seeing Haley’s smile when I come in to tan. She is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and has gotten me to buy a candle or two on my visits. It’s nice to see good customer service!!
