I have been a member of Palm Beach since about 2013, utilizing a few locations during this time. I’ve been going to the Arnold location for almost four years -most recently. I can’t say enough good things about the current manager and staff there. The first 2.5ish years they had a few iffy managers, and the location just seemed all over the place all the time with high turnover and issues. However, the past about 1.5-2 years, with new management, this location has improved drastically. I am glad Palm Beach finally found a good leader for Arnold.

Had an amazing first salon experience here.The Manager, Erin, was more knowledgeable than I ever thought possible. I’m a technical person and she knew the ins and outs, and all the specs that she recited were simply impressive.No pressure, straight fact sales technique that’s clearly effective.Katherine was also very knowledgeable and helpful.Both ladies were as nice as can be and a pure joy to be around.Highly recommend this location out of any in the area.

Erin and her crew as just awesome stores is clean good vibes as soon as you enter the store, I have recommended this Tanning Salon to to several people...Erin Katherine and Delaney are a great crew of workers always dusting off the shelves where the lotions are moping floors windexing the windows in and outside they are# AWESOME @
