First off, i'm moving, otherwise this would've been my forever gym. There is space for any kind of training you're in the mood to do and generally well kept. I have been part of a powerlifting gym, CrossFit gym and conventional gyms. I have a generally athletic background and have worked with a few personal trainers in the past and Mojda has been the best fit for me by far! I got to work with her for almost 3 months. It took a few sessions to get used to her style because she does not yell at you like most trainers. This is the first time I've had a healthy relationship with food and working out. unlike other Gyms in the area...you can actually go here and get a good workout in then either do the Infrared bed which is great for your skin as well as muscles or the Hydro bed which is a massaging waterbed. Then afterwards you can use one of their Tanning beds to keep your tone during winter or, you can get a spray tan which costs just a little extra depending on your membership. overall it beats the other gyms in the area ESPECIALLY that "PURPLE" one!!!

Kelly & I love working out at X-ist! Kelly mentioned that she loved the gym's layout & design! We really like the equipment and both of us get good workouts there!
