We've had One Hour visit a few times over the years. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They are always willing to explain exactly what is going on and give great advice. I keep their magnet right on the furnace, so I have the number handy whenever there's an issue.
We've been using Northern One Hour for about 4 years. We let them know at the start our plan is to slowly but surely upgrade our homes very aged heating and air conditioning infrastructure. Connors visit today was just another example of courteous customer service. Connor made some adjustments during the furnace tune up. He provided some suggestions for upgrades to our furnace that was installed 3 years ago. He wasn't pushy when making the suggestions and he seemed knowledgeable when we asked a lot of questions that will help us determine if the upgrades will fit our budget.
