“Recently replaced about 30 windows and a door with Pella. From beginning to end, was a terrific experience. From our initial interaction with our Sales rep Zach who was very patient with us as we had a lot of questions. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, and went the extra mile (two hour plus visits to our home and 1 visit with him at the Pella showroom) to work with us to get exactly the windows we wanted. Was not a high pressure salesperson, really did get the feeling that he wanted to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. At the end of the day, there are other window options, but we bought from Pella because of our experience working with Zach. We have one other door project and we will be reaching out to Pella first!

As far at the install and quality of the windows, Pella was equally terrific! The install crew arrived as expected and were extremely professional and easy to work with. Also, can't say enough good things about the install crew. They worked with us to determine the order to install the windows which was least disruptive, were extremely flexible, kept us updated on the progress of the project, etc. and their work has been top notch.
