The initial visit was $550 but he completely safely and effectively moved the bats, and his work was if he'd never been here. In spring of 2020 he returns for a $175 charge and makes sure that there are no cracks or holes for any wildlife to return ir enter our home. Its seems pricy at first, but he was the lowest bid and he is friendly, prompt, and professional.We also had a muskrat show up under our deck in March of 2020. I called him to see what to do. He told us to simply keep the pups in the house overnight and it would leave. He did not charge for a service call or advice. I will always be calling Dan and his services and pay the small yearly fee to keep our home safe from wildlife. Hes great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND“
