4860 Banning Ave, White Bear Lake“I have had many massages in my 42 years, due to back/neck/shoulder pain, tmd, and migraines. I didn’t know much about Craniosacral therapy until recently, and I always thought the more painful a massage, the more therapeutic.
Mary is well trained in many types of massage, but I was primarily looking for someone with the Craniosacral experience for my migraines and jaw/neck muscles that were holding YEARS of unresolved tension no massage has really touched before.
I wish I would have met Mary a long time ago! This is better than a massage. She has healing hands. The whole atmosphere is so well thought out and calming.
Craniosacral is a light touch approach and seems a little weird at first (see above mentality about “the more painful, the better”). But, it helped release tension I didn’t even realize I had, like no massage had ever done before.
I am a scientist with a hippy lean, so I obviously researched CST before coming. But you can’t be too in your thoughts about it, I imagine. I utilized the yogic breathing and meditation skills I learned after dealing with chronic pain my whole life. Just breathe and let it happen. Give it a shot! It might be a game changer for you ☺️“

Yes, you should cancel the appointment with your other chiropractor and come here. They’ll greet you with love and care.
Yes, they really are ethical. Everything they do is careful and meticulous; this ensures paperwork gets done, and you get back to your life back easily and quickly, with no regrets.
And no, they don’t just churn clients out like the other guys. All of the doctors here have shown me time and time again that if something doesn’t move, they’re going to work on me until it does. Bunch of rockstars, you all are.
Here’s the facts:
I moved here a few years ago, and I work in sales. I’m on my feet all day, and have pretty bad posture due to my job most of the time. I sought high and low for a clinic that accepted my insurance, but big shiny offices usually deter me. I decided to give them a shot after I had tried several others nearby that only seemed to irritate my back and neck more.
From the moment I walked in, the employees at the front desk have done nothing but herald me in with open arms and do whatever they can to fit me into their tight schedule.
I’ve seen most doctors here, and I can happy recommend any single one of them to you. They each have their own favorite techniques, but they’re all also deeply familiar with alternative options to get you the right care the FIRST time. They accept feedback and commentary on your care to ensure you actually feel better.
I’ve fallen in love with this clinic. Even when I tried to save money somewhere else (my health insurance had been cancelled and I got a new customer welcome offer elsewhere) and I come back all dented and bent out of shape, writhing in pain, they just give me a warm smile, a hearty laugh, and tell me to head on back to The Cove (their waiting area).
They offer PT, adjustments of all kinds, laser treatment, orthopedic insoles, all sorts of wellness tools like ice packs and bands, and even massage therapy.
They’re not just in the business of wellness - they’re in the business of helping everyone love life again, and that’s exactly how I feel when I leave. I hope you give it a shot - we all deserve to love life.
Shoutout to Dr. Green, who always seems to put me back together when I need it most! ??“

Usually it lasts at least 3 weeks. So this time was disappointing. You can see in the photo one toes polish is totally gone“

She was so gracious to set me up with Kimberly, for a wig fitting. Kimberly was amazing, gracious, empathetic and most of all displayed true compassion beyond just selling a product. The private room, variety of choices, prices and her ability to educate was amazing. I went in sad and very anxious. When I left I felt so encouraged and hopeful. I cannot recommend this salon enough, not only for everyday hair care but also in these life change events. You will not be disappointed.“
