The licensed and nationally certified therapist, Mary, has developed a flowing and intuitive approach to bodywork, blending techniques such as Swedish, myofascial release, Thai Massage, hot stones, cupping, craniosacral, and energy healing. Each client is treated with curiosity and compassion, allowing their story to shape the treatment session. Mary's specialized treatments, including cupping, Gua Sha, and hot stones, are particularly effective in releasing physical and emotional energy blockages. Her abdominal work is a standout feature, helping clients to find comfort and relief. The massage space is welcoming, free of judgment, and safe, allowing clients to feel vulnerable and relaxed. 100% recommend! Mary takes the time to listen to the client and their body…with training and intuition, she knows exactly what my muscles need. I always go for the 90 minute because my body needs time to settle in, which Mary is really good at encouraging.
Mary is such a gifted healer, she knows how to work with your physical body and all the emotions that it carries. She works to release fascia and gives great relaxation to your entire body. She is truly in tune with humans and is able to help you heal in so many ways!
I have been seeing Mary for a number of years but most recently she helped me with a sacrum injury after I had fallen on the stairs. The area was still extremely tender but the way Mary methodically and gently released my back and glutes encouraged it to finally relax. You can tell she is realy thinking about what she is doing and not just going through some routine. Its wonderful to feel like someone actually wants to help you feel better when you go to see them.
