“I love this yoga studio! I found it on the mind and body app. I accidentally found myself in a hot yoga class and ended up loving it. The instructors I have had are excellent. All levels of yogis are welcome. Studio is clean, and well thought out with nice locker rooms, showers etc. Clean! They also have a small shop highly recommend.“

She really knows her technique as I can tell she has honed her practice over many years, and that she needs to know very little other than to be able to put her hands on you to know what it is that your body is needing at any given time. Finding her is like winning the wellness lottery, please patronize her business if you are open to a new and different experience from places like Massage Envy or your local day spa, which tend to offer very generalized and non-specialized type of massage.“

“They did very well! One thing I dislike is the noise and constantly walking in and out, THEY DID NONE OF THAT! Didn’t pressure you for a tip and was happy with the $20 tip I gave her.. they also speak English which is what most Asians spa lacks!They got me in the same day and called to make sure I was coming. The lady who did my massage did such a good job, she really put her back and elbow into it. She even got on the table lol…my body was hurting bad before arrival , trust me , it will still hurt but I can tell so far that my body will not feel any pain in the morning! I feel so much better , I even fell asleep through that pain!Highly recommend and I will be back again for their great prices and effort!“
