La Clinica is a model of how healthcare should be, with a front desk staff that is extremely friendly and helpful. The clinic has been trusted by patients since birth, and staff ensure patients understand everything before they leave. The nurses and front desk are nice, helpful, genuinely knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Benfield is an excellent doctor who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated, with excellent communication skills and a great sense of humor. Dr. Ryan Miller is an amazing doctor who is patient, very understanding, and caring, making people not feel judged or rushed. Appointments with Dr. Miller do not require long waits, and he is very thorough at every visit. The clinic has always been there for patients, helping in every way possible with care and smiles. However, the clinic can feel unorganized, with communication issues such as appointments being scheduled for the wrong day and a doctor not expecting a patient in the room. Overall, interactions can be both appreciated and frustrating.
The nurses and front desk were so nice and helpful, and felt genuinely knowledgeable and caring. That said, over the phone I was scheduled for the day of my phone call, but then when I showed up I was told the lady who booked my appointment accidently set it to the following day, so I had to leave and come back the next day. When I finally got seen by the doctor, she didn't expect me to be in the room, and was holding paperwork for the wrong patient. She then insisted on prescribing drugs I had no use for, and giving me tests that wouldn't have any actionable outcomes. Dr Benfield is an excellent doctor who is compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated! She has been my doctor for many years and I have always found her to be adaptable, with excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, a problem-solver, always ethical, resilient, ever humble and with a great sense of humor! As a retired Registered Nurse myself who has worked with many physicians she has always stood out in her trustworthiness and superiority of skills. Anyone will be blessed to have her as their physician directing their care!
Dr. Ryan Miller is an amazing person/doctor
I'm so thankful he is my doctor. he is patient and very understanding. He makes people not feel judged and he is very caring and understanding he doesn't mind listening, he actually cares about his patients. does not make you feel rushed either.
Another nice thing is I never have to wait long for my appointments and He is very thural at every visit also he will squeeze you in if his schedule is full. I've been at this clinic for over 10 years and have had over 4-5 different doctors at this clinic and by far he is the best!!! Thank you Dr. Miller for all you do.
