First experience at Highland Park Allina with Dr. Joshua Lackner — who’s equal parts professional, smart, relational and compassionate. He’s a quick and terrific listener, astute and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to him becoming my new Allina primary provider. As a former employee (hospitals and corporate), I’m a big fan. After the appointment (interacting with him and his extraordinary team), I’m an even bigger one. Thank you, Dr. Lackner.

The doctor I am seeing is new to me. I had been going to the fairview riverside clinic for roughly thirty five years. I have lost faith in Fairview and their abilities to Treat patients with the courtesy and respect that they deserve. This new doctor, I trust that he is focused and paying attention to what's going on with me and not putting me in a box comparative to other people. This is important to me, because I am an individual who does not do things normally when I get sick or when I have an issue. I am always seen in a timely manner here and my physician is very knowledgeable and explains everything to me and takes time with me every time I go there, which I really appreciate everyone there treats me very well.
