Ridgeview Medical Center, located at 500 S. Maple Street in Waconia, Minnesota, offers quality health care with compassion. The center features a 24/7 Emergency Department, a Birthing Center with NICU, and various specialty services. The staff and the nurses are really incredible. Dr. Chapman is the best. The labor and delivery staff are some of the kindest and most amazing women. It is the best place to have a delivery for a newborn baby, especially for a c section surgery. Patients also commend the staff for their professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Billing and payment processes are described as easy and straightforward, further enhancing the overall experience.
My Mom was transferred to Ridgeview Waconia from 212 Medical Emergency Department. The care she received from her medical team was excellent. Everyone was kind, communicative, and responsive to her needs; I couldn't have asked for better caretakers. Special shout out to her main nurses, Habiq and Olivia. Fun fact: all but one person on her medical team was female. Women are great healers! (This doesn't take away from the one dude, just celebrating all the accomplished ladies!)
My recent stay for surgery at this hospital is my second visit. Last time the service was outstanding. This time the service was even better! Nick, Cheyenne, Brooke, Kenna and all the staff were the best I have ever seen in all my visits to different hospitals. I was on a same day procedure and they were gracious to allow me an overnight visit because I didn't have a ride. The place was very busy but the staff was so helpful, always smiling while under so much stress. From Dr. Zanghi, right down to the chefs, everybody performed well above and beyond my expectations. I highly, highly, recommend Ridgeview in Waconia.
I delivered both of my babies here and received the best treatment and the food was amazing too! Thank you to all the nurses who helped us through labor 🩷
