DO NOT COME, this medical service center is a SCAM.For medical services are great, I used the OB services and delivery services with them, it has been tremendously helpful. HOWEVER, I want to warn all of you, if you are not in position of financial stable, do not come to this place for service. There are A LOT (A LOT) financing errors which incurred multiple payments that are not traceable.I can give you my case scenarios here..I started using Ridgeview services since 2018, I have been paying my dues on time.Since 2022, I have been receiving red letters demanding payment from the date of service back dated to 2017, 2018 and then I have been receiving red letters demanding...read full review
We have had multiple experiences with Ridgeview Medical Center, some serious and some not so serious. I have also been there to visit people. All very positive experiences. I also had health insurance (reading some of the reviews directly under mine, yikes) and never had a problem billing or payment. They make it easy to pay online. The most important thing is they know what they are doing. Solid doctors. Great Nurses. We have had multiple experiences, and they have all been very positive.
Be prepared to be harassed by their financial department. I received 2 invoices 2.5 years after treatment and received 7 calls in a 30 day span. They process their invoices to insurance incorrectly and then the burden is on you.I had a great surgeon and an incredible therapy team, but the issues with billing will keep me from coming back. It's easy for them to be at fault with no repercussions. Their head of department won't give you the time of day either.
