I figured I would hear back the next day, but shortly after leaving a message Mary texted and confirmed that she would send a tech the next day! We assumed the problem was the blower motor and Mary had Nick come prepared with the replacement part. Unfortunately, it was not the blower motor but Mary was able to be the part (control board) shipped over night. Nick was back the next day to replace the part and get us back up and running with AC before the long holiday weekend!
