I have used them before for regular maintenance but today I was not impressed. I called for routine maintenance on our working Central air unit. A technician said my central air unit was broken and was saying it’s magic it’s still cooling and not icing up… then I was quoted 9k for a whole new furnace and central air replacement. I decided to get a second opinion from ignite and they discovered it was working perfectly fine and said the previous technician didn’t know how to check this older unit which required a valve To be adjusted with a wrench first. Comfort systems did a great job installing a new furnace and A/C system for us. They provided friendly service and good pricing. Chris in the office submitted the paperwork for the rebates which was really helpful. Would recommend them for any furnace or A\\C needs
