In less than 24 hours from calling Connors, we had Juan out to evaluate our water heater, and in 48 hours we had Juan & Ben installing the new, very much needed water heater. Juan was knowledgeable, professional and his explanations were helpful. The best thing is that we still have hot water after everyone in the house showers!
Hunter was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The service from the plumber was great. He was helpful and great at his work. The staff is very helpful and friendly on the phone (after you get past the AI operator who is mostly helpful). The reason I didn’t put 5 stars today is that over a week ago I had scheduled this service and they set it for 9:30am. Then yesterday I received an email stating that my service window timeframe was noon-4pm. I had already changed my work schedule to accommodate the original time so I called Connors and they confirmed that yes they needed to make it noon-4pm.
