We just had our furnace replaced by Prange’s oh my gosh blow away by the customer support that was given by this team. Especially Josh Sailor who was my installer whom taught me a lot about the system. He is ver humble and shows a lot of empathy. The other Josh was nice too when they where sent to investigate. Who ever is behind this team as a manager is doing well at putting people together that are passionate about their profession and maintain their integrity. Real MN nice vibes! Thank you so much!

I called them this morning at 7:30 because my furnace stopped working over night. They were at my house within 15 minutes and got me fixed asap! I would highly recommend them to anybody. Top notch service. Thank you!

I had Prange's install a new furnace and duct work yesterday. Salesman Josh came here to give me options, mapping out a floor plan and basement, showing me what was possible in a house that only had two gravity wall heaters. He got back to me within a day with estimates and when they could do the job. Josh, Joe and Josh were here today the installation. All three were great to work with, efficient, friendly, professional, cleaned up where they worked and answered any questions I had. I thoroughly enjoyed them as a team and will be recommending them to others.Thank you to all for the service you provided me!!
