They were very responsive and quick to schedule with us. My husband got a snowflake and a balance scale by Omar; both pieces are awesome! We didn’t get pre-wrapped photos so you’ll have to imagine those tattoos. The price attached to this review was the total for 3 small pieces.

I received my very first tattoo from DeonTre: a Georgia peach in a postage stamp + SERENITY. DeonTre listened to what I wanted, always asking if I was comfortable and satisfied with the work he was doing and it was simply an outstanding experience, especially for a newbie like me.

I waited so long to get a tattoo because I wanted someone who could do detailed work very well on Black skin, DeonTre hit it out of the park!

“Neighborhood is a great spot. The shop is clean, calm, and welcoming. I found it a comfortable place to get a tattoo.

I specifically got my tattoo with Ian Richards and I cannot say enough good things about him. He took my inspiration drawings and drew what I asked for while adding his own personal style. He worked with me through last minute details, taking my input seriously, offering opinions when asked but never pushing. If you ever need a needle break - he will gladly give it to you, just ask. Most of all, he was genuinely excited about the tattoo. It looks GREAT. I'd recommend him for anything, but especially if you're getting an animal I'd really consider Ian. He loves animals and does a great job on them, including mine.

However, vibes of shop are overall 10/10 so if you're considering another artist I'd still recommend.“

“My wife and I were on a family vacation and I owed her something for her birthday. We have had multiple pieces done at multiple shops across multiple states and Sea Wolf ranks among the best in our opinion. First thing we noticed walking in was the quick welcoming we got from both artist. Secondly the shop was clean, which is a must for a good shop. Came in Wednesday afternoon and talked with Dave and Jewels and they were able to set us up for the following afternoon. Both artists seemed genuinely excited to do our small pieces(mine was a shop minimum) and seemed to both be on the same page as us on placement and size. Dave packed great solid color and was able to nail the small details on my wife's Pikachu and Jewels' solid, straight, even lines and skin breaks on my Pikachu stencil made it look like a sticker. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Plus their pricing matched their quality of work. If your in the area and itching for a bada$$ piece check them out.“

Updated to add: I did go back. And they did amazing work again! I have a third tat from them on the back of my elbow. The photos are present from today. This is how good their work is: the rainbow tat is about 8 years old and the big black one is about 6. They are still looking amazing.“

The patience and attention to every detail (including every lift of the pen) from the signature of the last birthday card my dad gave me before he passed, makes this particular tattoo so special to me. This is a picture day of. She was so careful, I can tell hygiene is extremely important to her. Very thorough and thoughtful in her after care instructions…really put me at ease. The staff were great. One of them even offered to move my car to help me avoid a ticket! I highly recommend both Paige and BlackEnd Tattoo Atelier.“

“The first thing is the atmosphere, it's definitely chill and laid out to give you a relaxed experience. The interactions are hilarious between the artists. My artist brought all my ideas together into a piece that I am excited to finish, he checked in on pain to make sure things were cool and discussed future pieces. “Set up a consultation with Daniel about an idea for a piece I wanted. After talking about the designs backbone and getting some reference pictures we decided on an artist and I gave the shop a week to draw it up. Flashing forward the week, I'm told the design falls better into the skill-set of a different artist and she'll be doing it instead. All the artists here are obviously very talented, and setting them up to do tattooing based on their skill set is top notch. Keta was amazing, and I'm looking forward to getting more work done. From now on I won't be going anywhere else for important pieces.“
