I’ve been going here for a few years for piercing adjustments now. Everyone here is very friendly and personable, I used to regular other piercing places in the past and can say this is the most welcoming one yet.I’ve been a permanent customer since visit one.I’ve seen several piercers, but today I was in for my first new piercing and saw Selina who did my double high nostrils.I was asked for consent before anything that was done, they made me feel comfortable every step of the way, I was encouraged to ask questions and never felt rushed. Had a great first tattoo experience! Everyone is super cool, from the front desk to the artists. Very communicative during the design process. Mark Heredia was my artist and he did an awesome job. Super chill, super talented, he put me at ease for my first time. Overall a great experience, I would definitely go back for more!

Raechelle always makes me feel safe and comfy, which is funny when someone is poking you with something sharp! From piercings, to replacing and changing jewelry, to collab finding beautiful pieces...always is a 10/10. I always feel my best leaving her spot!
