I am so grateful I found Heather Mark's Electrolysis. The office is clean as a clinic with a sweet waiting lounge. Which I rarely need to use as Heather has perfect timed appointments. If I could give advice to anyone debating electrolysis, I 'd say do it. You won't be sorry. It's worth every penny. I have recommended a couple clients to Heather, also with great results. Heather is a true professional and lovely person.

I was going to another electrolysis in the Cities for nearly 2 years with very little improvement. Heather’s knowledge, technique and excellent customer service was such a God-send. So much improvement seen in such a short amount of time. So thankful to have found Heather! Right in time for my wedding too. You won’t regret seeing her for all your unwanted hair needs.

I have gone to Heather twice and will keep coming back!! After trying out several different electrologists around the Twin Cities, Heather is by far my favorite. She is professional, knowledgeable, and sure of herself, and helped educate me on the process. Her 20-something years of experience DEFINITELY show in her work. She's quick yet precise and thorough, and covers a large area in a short time. So far, I've had lasting results! A huge problem I had with electrolysis before was the excruciating pain getting my upper lip and chin done, but Heather uses a heavy-duty numbing cream that helps tremendously in most areas!!!
