This place is the best!!! From the appointment scheduling and friendly front receptionists to Dr. Rivers and her assistant Sky and then the checkout/ billing staff these folks are so incredibly kind. They will take great care of you and there is no judgment, just helpful advise and treatment. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team!

I do not recommend Dr. Lee. She refused to allow me to get a cleaning simply because I declined another exam, even though I’ve already had three this year. It felt unnecessary and unreasonable. Dr. Rivers has been great, but unfortunately the overall experience with Dr. Lee brings my rating down to one star.

Had to make a same-day dental appointment due to a dental emergency. I can’t thank this clinic enough. Dani at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. Alyssa, the dental assistant, was kind and a good listener. Dr. Lee did a thorough exam. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been a patient here for years and I love coming here for care. Everyone is efficient, thoughtful, and does a great job making me feel cared for. In particular, there is one woman who works the phones and front desk who is exceedingly kind and thoughtful every time I call. I’m so thankful for her in particular (I wish I knew her name!). Great office, great people!

Dr. Rivers is amazing and I always feel like I'm receiving the most informed care. At my last visit, Milan was my hygienist and she was so fun!!! I'm not sure how we still managed to chat while my teeth were getting cleaned, but we did! I've had a couple appointments that needed to be rescheduled over the past year or so, but everyone I've encountered here has been so personable, which really makes a difference.

If Google allowed, I would give Park Dental in St. Louis Park, and Dr. Kristin Rivers 100 Gold Stars. I have been coming to Park Dental in St. Louis Park and seeing Dr. Rivers since 2019/2020, which speaks volumes as every dentist before her has not provided a quality of care that felt like they were a good match for what I need. I have received a LOT of poor dental care in my life from all facets, from dentists, hygienists, assistants, and receptionists, as well as the work done by the dentist. But that's not the case with Park Dental. Not many dental offices/staff understand the impact that a visit can have on mental health, but everybody at Park Dental is amazing. As somebody with diagnosed PTSD, contributed to by trauma experienced by poorly trained dentists, visits can be very hard to manage. Dr. Rivers and her team are always understanding and willing to be patient if I'm feeling uneasy. They're always happy to allow me to use headphones to listen to music during cleanings or when having work done. Dr. Rivers always does whatever she can to ensure visits and work are completed pain-free and low stress, and her and her assistants are always willing to work with patients to help ease their anxiety. Every time I have experienced a dental emergency where I am actively in pain, the front desk team has always done whatever they can to get me in immediately for care, or at least within a couple days/the same week when I am not experiencing any pain. They are always warm and welcoming when coming in for a visit, and their demeanor over the phone is wonderful, which speaks volumes as a poorly trained/rude receptionist could easily cause somebody to not feel like they can reach out for care when needed. I have had zero hesitation to recommend Dr. Rivers and Park Dental to anybody who has asked for dentist recommendations since I began going here.
