“Can’t say enough good things about the wholistic support I have received at Acupuncture Center of Minneapolis. Literally considered putting them in the dedication section of my first book, I got so much good support here. I started going here 10 years ago & it was a great decision for my physical, mental, and emotional health. Matt and Amelia start an appointment by asking you questions about yourself. They address the connections between body, mind, diet, relationships. It is not a western medicine experience where you are just rushed in and out and only your physical body is addressed. And of course the acupuncture works. I have had support through one pregnancy and now great and effective support for fertility. I had support with intense back pain and also insomnia at one point.
I highly recommend Amelia (or I am sure anyone at the center) as a person on your fertility/pregnancy journey. I get a regular person to check in with (so nice in the first trimester when it can feel forever between doctor or midwife visits) and to help at first with preparing for pregnancy and then for all that comes with a pregnancy journey. Amelia even helped me with nausea 🙏 I have gotten great tips on health and overall care as well.
