I feel that Livea works for me because there is a sense of accountability and the people at Livea are there to support me in my goals, but, ultimately, I need to do the work. They are there to empower me. My weight loss journey is very personal, so when I have a connection with one consultant, I prefer to meet with them every week, if possible, but there are many well trained staff at the Minnetonka Livea, so there are many to choose from. All are very supportive. I am not a person that can do this on my own, so I appreciate all they have to offer.

Livea is more than just a weight loss program. This program and staff have provided me so much support and encouragement in my weightless journey. I recommend if you've been thinking about wanting to loose weight and are not sure what to do -- go to Livea! I will never regret my decision to do this for myself.

It was just recently that I decided to take the bull by the horns and do something about my weight. After I walked into Livea, I was introduced to Ryan and eventually, Joe and Kris. After just being with them for 4 weeks, I’ve lost almost 10 pounds and I love it. The staff is encouraging and always helpful. Stop in and visit them and become your best self with the great people at Livea in Minnetonka.
